Muhwalo
Muhwalo is a digital logistics platform built to bring order to the chaos of warehouse operations. The dashboard gives warehouse managers and operations teams a single interface to track deliveries end-to-end, manage driver assignments, handle customer records, and coordinate warehouse duties — replacing the spreadsheets and phone calls that slow logistics down.
The challenge
Logistics operations at warehouse scale involve too many moving parts to track manually. Deliveries, drivers, customers, and floor duties each have their own paper trail — and when those trails don't connect, things get lost, delayed, or duplicated.
Our approach
Built around a clear operational model: deliveries as the central entity, with customers, drivers, and warehouse tasks all connected to them. Zustand manages complex client-side state across the dashboard, and Google APIs power the location and mapping layer that makes delivery tracking meaningful.
The outcome
A production dashboard that consolidates warehouse and delivery operations into a single, real-time interface — reducing coordination overhead and improving visibility across the logistics chain.
