estConnect is a PropTech platform built for modern residential estates. The resident-facing mobile app lets people book facilities, request concierge services, and manage visitor access from their phones. The challenge
Estate residents and managers communicate through a patchwork of WhatsApp groups, phone calls, and paper registers. Amenity booking is manual, visitor access is inconsistent, and there's no shared record of what's happening in the estate.
Our approach
Two products, one system: a React Native mobile app for residents and a web-based admin portal for estate management — both talking to the same API. JWT authentication handles role-based access so residents, security, and admins each see the right interface.
The outcome
A live platform connecting estate residents and management through a unified digital layer — covering amenity booking, concierge requests, visitor access, event management, and community reporting.
