gage. is a global platform built for 500 Women Scientists that connects organizations seeking diversity with women and gender minorities in STEMM fields. Ndi led the complete brand identity and product design — building a system that balances scientific credibility with genuine warmth and accessibility.

The challenge
No worldwide database existed for connecting organizations with women in STEMM. The platform needed to earn trust from both institutional partners and the scientists it serves — two very different audiences with different expectations.
Our approach
The brand identity was built from first principles through co-creation workshops — grounding visual decisions in the mission rather than aesthetic preference. UX decisions were driven by reducing friction at every step of the matching and request process.
The outcome
A complete brand identity and product design system, live as a functional platform enabling organizations worldwide to discover and connect with women in STEMM fields.
